Łukasz Fido has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Łukasz started their career at Becomo S.A. as a Deployment Manager and Software Developer from September 2007 to February 2008 and from November 2007 to October 2009, respectively. Łukasz then worked at MyNetwork Polska as a Java J2EE Developer / Scrum Master from 2009 to 2012. Following that, they joined MyNetwork Learning Corp. as an IT Manager from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2016, they worked at Sabre Corporation as a Scrum Master. Currently, they are employed at zooplus, where they held positions such as Agile Delivery Manager from May 2016 to November 2017, IT Manager from November 2017 to March 2020, and currently serves as the Head of Engineering starting from March 2020.

Łukasz Fido attended The University of Economics and Computer Science in Cracow, where they pursued higher education in Computer Science and Econometrics starting in 2007. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including Strategic R&D Management Programme from INSEAD Executive Education in 2021, ICP-BFA from ICAgile in 2019, Certified ScrumMaster® from SCRUM ALLIANCE® in 2015, Scaled Agile Framework Agilist (SA) from SCALED AGILE, INC in 2015, and SCJP from Sun Microsystems (year unspecified).
