Gareth Clubb is an experienced Engineering Manager currently at CrowdStrike since April 2024, previously holding the same position at Houseful where Gareth managed a team of nine engineers and contributed to the development of a company-wide design system. Prior to these roles, Gareth served as Principal Software Engineer at Telegraph Media Group, focusing on web performance and accessibility, while also leading front-end enhancements within a large team. Experience as a Senior Web Developer at TUI involved creating a component library and scaling front-end architecture. Further past roles include Lead Web Developer at Jagex, where Gareth managed a team and improved code quality, and Senior Web Developer at Honest Ideas, delivering bespoke WordPress solutions for various clients. An early career included developing high-traffic websites at Stats Perform, where Gareth progressed from Junior to Senior Web Developer. Gareth earned a First Class Honours degree in Communication Systems from Kingston University.
