Eric Boateng is a Platform Engineer 2 at Hometrack, part of Houseful, since April 2022, with previous experience as a Platform Engineer 1. Eric's career includes roles as a Senior Internal Systems Engineer and Senior IT Support Analyst at Comic Relief, a 2nd line IT Support Technician at RIBA, and various IT support roles across organizations such as Aspen Insurance Group, Plan-Net, MedicsPro, Pentland Brands, French Connection, and GroupM/MediaCom. Eric has a strong background in providing technical support to large user bases, managing and reconfiguring server environments, and utilizing various support management tools. Eric holds a 2:1 degree in Information Technology from Middlesex University, completed in 2009.
