Adriana Ferrugento possesses extensive experience in software engineering and technical leadership, currently serving as the Technical Lead for the Design System at Houseful since February 2020, where prior roles included Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. Previous positions include Software Engineer at REFSIX from October 2017 to February 2020, and a similar role at American Express from January 2016 to October 2017, where Adriana also completed the First Foundry Graduate program in Technology. Early career experience includes a researcher position at CISUC from March 2014 to September 2015 and a teaching assistant role at the University of Coimbra in late 2013. Adriana holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from Universidade de Coimbra, along with secondary education from Escola Secundária José Falcão in Miranda do Corvo.
