Mario Alfaro is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Information Technology Support Team Lead and previously as Information Technology Support Engineer III at ZoomInfo since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as IT Service Desk Analyst and Communications Representative at Dunkin' Brands from February 2014 to September 2021, as well as Desk Top Support at Fidelity Investments, where support was provided to over 1000 users. Mario also has a background in logistics, having worked as a driver for Wing Wang Trading Company and Five Star Moving & Storage, where organizational and customer service skills were critical.
