Abby Faulkner has a diverse work experience in customer solutions and support roles. Abby started their career at Eze Software in 2014 as a Client Support Analyst and then progressed to roles such as Solutions Analyst, Senior Solutions Analyst, and eventually became an Associate Director of Client Solutions. In 2020, they joined ZoomInfo, where they held positions of increasing responsibility, starting as a Senior Manager of Customer Support, then becoming the Director and later the Senior Director of Customer Solutions. Presently, they hold the position of VP of Customer Solutions at ZoomInfo.
Abby Faulkner completed their education at Connecticut College from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Abby'sstudies focused on Economics, Mathematics, and Architectural Studies. Prior to attending Connecticut College, Abby attended Milton Academy from 2006 to 2010, although it is unclear whether they earned a degree or focused on a specific field of study during their time there.
