Elvijs Jaunzems has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2010, they founded CTRL.lv, a news and gadget review source where they served as the Editor-in-Chief until 2017. During this time, they also started creating video reviews on YouTube. In 2016, they worked as a Content Marketing Specialist at AS "Capital". In 2020, as part of a university internship, they gained experience as a Communications Assistant at the State Emergency Medical Service of Latvia, focusing on internal and external communication tasks. From 2021, they held multiple positions simultaneously, including Content Writer at FromMe.lv and Communications Manager at Latvijas Universitātes Rīgas Medicīnas koledža. In 2021, they also joined Revpanda as a Senior Editorial Project Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined ZoomCharts as a Content Marketing Specialist.

Elvijs Jaunzems completed their secondary education at Marupes vidusskola from 2012 to 2015. Afterward, from 2017 to 2021, they attended Vidzemes Augstskola / Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications and PR. Additionally, in April 2016, they earned a Certificate in "Content Marketing" from Digital Journey, and in October 2020, they completed the Social Media Marketing Certification Course at HubSpot Academy.
