Nora Sale has over 30 years of experience in fundraising and non-profit management. Nora retired in 2019 after working at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Development and Campaign at the Zoological Society of Milwaukee from 2017. Nora also worked as the Executive Vice President at ProHealth Care Foundation from 2013 to 2016, and as the VP and Executive Director at Froedtert Hospital Foundation from 2008 to 2013. Nora has held various development roles at Aurora Health Care, Children's Hospital of Wisconsin, YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee, YMCA of Greater St. Louis, Target Development, and Jewish Hospital. Nora has successfully led philanthropy programs, completed capital campaigns, and created a culture of philanthropy in each organization they have worked with.
Nora Sale pursued their undergraduate education from 1973 to 1977 at Augustana College. During this period, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Rhetoric.
