Jacob Winfield has extensive experience in animal care and education, currently serving as a Senior Keeper at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL) since July 2013, where responsibilities include public education on conservation. Prior roles at ZSL include Keeper, Trainee Keeper, and Seasonal Zoo Keeper, along with volunteering as a Learning Volunteer. Jacob also completed a brief work experience at Surrey Docks City Farm, gaining insight into daily animal care operations. Additionally, work as bar staff at Youngs and DHP Family during university helped develop customer service skills and maintain relationships with patrons. Jacob earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Nottingham in 2013, following education at The John Fisher School.
