Svitlana Riaboshapka is an experienced professional in the recruitment and journalism fields. Currently serving as a Cross-location Lead at Zoolatech since December 2019, Svitlana manages recruitment efforts across multiple locations in Latin America and Turkey. Previous roles include Recruiter and Intern Recruiter, alongside a career as a Freelance Writer, Editor, and Journalist. Svitlana's journalism experience is highlighted by a tenure as a Television News Reporter at Channel 5 from September 2009 to October 2017. Svitlana holds a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and completed a degree in IT recruiting from Universe IT in 2019, as well as training at the Ukrainian Sourcing School in 2020.
