Lidia Reshnivetska has extensive experience in technical support and infrastructure operations, currently serving at Zoolatech since September 2020, where responsibilities include security management, networking troubleshooting, virtualization with Vsphere, and operational tasks. Prior to this role, Lidia worked on a DevOps project involving scriptwriting for S3 bucket automation using Python and engaging in customer audits. At Jelastic Multi-Cloud PaaS, Lidia was a Data Monitoring Engineer focused on troubleshooting, monitoring with Zabbix and Grafana, and technical support. Earlier positions included a frontend internship at Webjump, an online content management role at Meblidoma, and an SEO assistant internship at IT Fox. Lidia holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Zhytomyr Polytechnic State University and completed training at Epam in 2021.
