Jean Orlando is a highly experienced Certified Veterinary Technician at Zoo New England since September 1992, with a prior role as a Laboratory Animal Technologist (LATG) at Tufts Medical Center from 1987 to 1992. Early career experience includes an internship as a Wildlife Technician at Great Swamp National Wildlife Refuge in 1986 and a position as a Ranger with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in 1985. Jean Orlando holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, attained between 1983 and 1987.
