Hannah Keklak is a seasoned animal care professional with extensive experience at Zoo New England since 2015, currently serving as a Senior Zookeeper. In this role, Hannah has earned multiple Customer Service Employee of the Month awards and plays an active part in several committees focused on animal enrichment, husbandry, and conservation. Responsibilities include managing the care and training of various species in the Tropical Forest department, monitoring animal welfare, and collaborating on training programs. Previous positions include Zookeeper and Animal Care Extern, with a strong background in animal husbandry, veterinary assistance, and public engagement. Additionally, Hannah contributes to turtle conservation efforts as a volunteer in the Field Conservation department and has volunteered at MSPCA-Angell and the New England Aquarium, developing a comprehensive skill set in both animal care and wildlife rehabilitation. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
