Vania Tan is an experienced educator and financial operations professional with a diverse background in teaching and finance. Currently, Vania serves as a Substitute Teacher at ESS, a Mathematics Teacher at the Russian School of Mathematics, and an English Second Language Teacher at Zoni Language Centers, all commencing in November 2023. Previously, Vania held various roles at StoneX Retail from August 2017 to July 2021, including Senior Specialist in Financial Operations, Specialist in Financial Operations, and Funding Associate. Vania's career also includes a Business Development Internship at TeliApp Corporation and an Independent Contractor role at NJPIRG Student Chapters. Early experience includes tutoring at Mercer County Community College and serving as a Journalist and Column Editor for the Correspondence of Student Affairs Magazine. Vania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (Finance Concentration) and Mathematics/Statistics from Rutgers University and an Associate of Science in Mathematics from Mercer County Community College. Education also includes attendance at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
