Dawn Benson currently serves as the Director on the Board of Directors for Zone 7 Water Agency, with a tenure beginning in July 2022. Since January 2000, Dawn has been employed at EBMUD as an Executive Assistant responsible for budget development, project management, organizational development, and administrative support. Additionally, leadership roles include Club President at Toastmaster Global and Secretary, Board Member at the Dublin Historical Society. Dawn holds various positions on boards, including membership in the Dublin Arts Collective and presidency of Scoring Chix, a co-owned business for equestrian event scoring services. Dawn's involvement extends to the United States Eventing Association and multiple Toastmasters International clubs, demonstrating extensive commitment to leadership and community service. Educational achievements include accreditation from BMTG Academy and recognition as a Distinguished Toastmaster.
