Emilia Galon started working as an OHS & Fire Prevention Specialist at the 8th Airlift Base in May 2015. Emilia then joined ABB in April 2016 and held various roles, including Health & Safety Specialist and Business analyst, Scrum Master. During their time at ABB, they conducted trainings, audits, risk assessments, and managed the company's H&S management system. In 2022, Emilia joined Zonda as a Business Analyst.

Emilia Galon completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Environmental Engineering at AGH University of Krakow from 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Waste Management at the same university from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, Emilia Galon attended Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki where they studied Occupational Health and Safety.

In terms of additional certifications, Emilia Galon obtained the following:

- In June 2013, they completed a certified course of Internal Auditor of Environmental Management System from MDG Doradztwo Gospodarcze Sp. z o.o.

- In February 2014, they successfully completed a certified course of AutoCAD Map 3D from Authorized Training Center (ATC®) Autodesk®.

- In December 2018, Emilia Galon participated in a Course of Fire Prevention Inspectors at Szkoła Aspirantów Państwowej Straży Pożarnej w Krakowie.

- In March 2020, they obtained the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org.

- In December 2020, Emilia Galon became a Certified Professional in Requirements Engineering from IREB GmbH.
