Ryan Sneltzer has a diverse work experience starting from 2002. Ryan began as a Marketing and PR Senior Intern at Akron Children's Hospital, followed by an internship at Cleveland Metroparks in marketing and event planning. In 2005, they worked as an Account Coordinator at Malone Advertising. In 2006, they joined FirstCair Respiratory as a Medical Sales Representative. From 2006 to 2021, Ryan worked at Benjamin Media Inc., where they held the positions of Brand Sales Manager and Advertising Sales Manager, responsible for sales activities and customer base expansion. In 2021, they moved to FARE as the Advertising & Membership Sales Director, overseeing sales and advertising operations. In 2022, they joined Zonda as the Director of Strategic Accounts.

Ryan Sneltzer attended Walsh University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a B.A. degree in Corporate Communications & Psychology.
