Masha Gelfer Empringham - SHRM-SCP has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Masha also worked as a Business Development Manager at RemX | The Workforce Experts and ran their own consultancy, Masha Empringham Consulting, where they provided services such as compliance advice, benefits administration, and training program development. Earlier in their career, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Flash Point Communications, where they managed HR operations, implemented HR systems, analyzed staff processes, and designed training programs. Masha has also held positions at MediaVest and Mindshare, where they gained experience in media planning and associate media directing. Masha Gelfer Empringham - SHRM-SCP holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations with an Economics Emphasis from the University of California, Davis. Masha also pursued studies in International Business at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen. In addition to their education, Masha has obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in 2015. Masha also holds a certification as a Tony Robbins Research Leadership Certified Coach from Tony Robbins Mastery University.
