Gregory Zura currently serves as the Manager of Learning and Content Development at Zonar Systems, where responsibilities include developing a team to expand online training for customers and employees while enhancing the quality assurance process in customer service. Prior to this role, Gregory was a Senior Technical Content Specialist at Zonar Systems, establishing content strategies for video-based training. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Technical Writer at Coinstar, where collaboration with a team improved a mobile-first technical information system, and at Flow International, where Gregory developed a mobile service library and directed the knowledge engineering department. Gregory holds a Certificate in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in Playwriting/Film Studies from The University of New Mexico.
