Erika Farley is an experienced Enterprise Implementation Project Manager at Zonar Systems, where responsibilities have evolved to encompass project management, order management, scheduling, inventory control, and documentation since joining in June 2011. Previously, Erika held various roles at Zonar Systems, including QC Specialist and Help Desk Tier 1, where technical support and project work were key functions. Prior to Zonar, Erika owned and operated Flashback Auto Services, overseeing operations and personnel. Early career roles included Reporting Specialist and Technical Support Representative at Mindspring Enterprises, where database development and reporting were essential tasks. Erika holds a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVry University and has a background in business management from Georgia State University.
