Prosper Marmo has a diverse work experience. Prosper started their career as a Trainee Maintenance Mechanical Engineer at Polypet Industries Limited in 2017. Here, they operated plastic injection molding machines, ensuring the quality of the plastic preforms and reporting any machine abnormalities to the maintenance supervisor. Prosper also worked as a Trainee Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with TANESCO in 2018, where they installed electric meters, maintained electric lines, inspected wiring systems, and ensured the cleanliness of sub-stations. Most recently, in 2019, Prosper worked as a Sales Officer at ZOLA Electric, where they called potential customers, answered their questions, and developed a deep understanding of the company's products.

Prosper Marmo attended the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2015 to 2019, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering. Their field of study focused on Mechanical Engineering related technologies and technicians.
