Theresa Miller possesses extensive experience in technical service and information security, with a career spanning over two decades. At Firmenich from March 1998 to June 2015, Theresa held various roles including Technical Service & Delivery Specialist, where expertise in mobile devices led to cost-saving initiatives, and as a Service Desk Analyst, providing troubleshooting and technical support. In the realm of information security, Theresa developed global security awareness plans and collaborated with business partners to manage risk effectively. Other positions included Business Systems Analyst, Partner Relationship Manager, Application Developer, and Help Desk/IS Trainer, showcasing a strong background in project management and software development. Prior to Firmenich, Theresa worked at The College of New Jersey as a Part-Time Supervisor and Website Developer, creating the library’s first website. Theresa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of New Jersey between 1985 and 1992.
