Wayland Coleman serves as the Territory Business Manager at Zoetis Inc. since September 2021 and is also the President of The Coleman Initiative, a role held since December 2020. Previously, Wayland worked as an Immunology Specialist at Syneos Health Commercial Solutions from March 2020 to September 2021, focusing on immunology products for Janssen Biotech, Inc., and as a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative/ Team Leader at IQVIA from June 2018 to May 2020. Additional experience includes positions as a Field Sales Trainer at IQVIA, Sales Representative at UniFirst Corporation, and Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Quintiles, with a notable contribution to the launch of Toujeo and Lantus insulin products. Wayland holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences from Troy University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Business from Mississippi Delta Community College.
