Kate Keefer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and human resources, currently serving as VP of Strategic Initiatives and Global Manufacturing HRBP at Zoetis since July 2021. Prior roles include Head of Strategic Initiatives in HR and Director of Corporate Strategy at Zoetis, as well as Principal and Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group from July 2017 to July 2021. Kate's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics and Genomics from Washington University in St. Louis, where previous positions included PhD Candidate and Teaching Assistant. Additional experience encompasses leadership roles at The BALSA Group and due diligence work at Arch Grants. Kate holds a B.S. in Biology and Mathematics from Grove City College.
