Phil Milliner serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Zoeller Company since May 2024. Prior to this role, Phil held significant financial leadership positions, including Americas CFO and Vice President Finance at FORTNA from January 2020 to May 2024, and Vice President Finance at Material Handling Systems, Inc. from January 2020 to March 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at CafePress Inc. and Vice President of Finance and Controller at Churchill Downs Incorporated. Phil also worked as a Manager of Financial Reporting at Ventas and spent several years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Manager. Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Bellarmine University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
