Dillon started their career as a product manager at LearnVest, a startup that was acquired by Northwestern Mutual in 2015. At LearnVest, Dillon was responsible for cross-functional work with various teams including QA, engineering, product and marketing to implement the company's financial planning software. Dillon also played a significant role in helping build and develop processes for multiple core functions of the company including sales, client support and financial planning.
In 2016, Dillon joined Zoe Financial as the VP of product. In their current role, Dillon is responsible for leading the product team and overseeing all aspects of product development, from ideation to launch. Under Dillon's leadership, Zoe Financial has launched several new features and products that have greatly improved the user experience. Dillon's work has been instrumental in helping Zoe Financial become one of the leading financial technology companies in the US.
