Shashank Singhal is an Engineering Leader, with an extensive experience in Healthcare, Hospitality, Security and Finance domain. He is currently working at Zocdoc as Engineering Manager reporting to the VP of Technology. Some of his notable achievements during his tenure at Zocdoc was simplifying insurance in the US which brought an additional $10,000 worth booking every month at Zocdoc. He was pivotal in building Infrastructure for Insurance mappings via Transparency in Coverage files that would bring $12million annually. Shashank is a hands-on leader, his technologies include C#, Python, DynamoDB, RDMBS, AWS, Datadog, Honeycomb.

Shashank has previously worked with Treebo Hotels, an Indian startup in Hospitality space as an Engineering Manager. At treebo he worked closely with the CTO to move the infrastructure to Kubernetes saving $30000 a month.

Prior to this, Shashank worked in Singapore for BNPP paribas and S&P Global.
