Michael Davis is an experienced professional currently serving as an Integration Support Specialist II (Team Lead) at Zocdoc since August 2021, where responsibilities include hiring, team management, and overseeing complex client integrations. Davis previously held positions as a Senior Integration Support Associate and Integration Support Associate at Zocdoc, delivering high-quality customer service and driving process improvements. Prior to Zocdoc, Davis worked as a Correctional Officer with the Federal Bureau of Prisons and CoreCivic, and as a Detention Officer with the GEO Group. A veteran of the U.S. Army, Davis holds a certification in Web Development from V School and is pursuing a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting through Grand Canyon University.
