Roberto Matteotti serves as HR Manager and HR Business Partner at Zobele since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources. Prior to this role, Roberto was an HR Specialist at Gruppo Poli from October 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included managing HR aspects for around 1700 employees, focusing on recruiting, contractual negotiations, labor relations, and HR analytics. Previously, at SEA Consulenze e Servizi, Roberto handled similar HR functions for a local firm managing about 300 employees. Roberto also worked as an HR Specialist at Fondital Group and as a Recruiter at CTC Resourcing Solutions, contributing to recruiting and training processes across various sectors. Roberto holds a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Padova and participated in the Socrates-Erasmus program at the University of Helsinki in 2009.
