Tom Fraine has an extensive work experience that spans over multiple industries and roles. Tom recently worked at Zoa as the Chief Operating Officer, a position they assumed in December 2022. Prior to their role at Zoa, they served as the Chief People Officer at Bulb from September 2019 to December 2022, and as the Head of People from April 2019 to September 2019. Before Bulb, Tom worked as a People & Growth Partner at their self-founded consulting company, Tom Fraine Consulting, from November 2018 to April 2019. Tom'sprevious experience includes working at Workify Inc as the Head of Client Success & Workify Europe from February 2016 to October 2018, and at the Cabinet Office as the Deputy Director for Talent from October 2014 to February 2016.
Prior to these roles, Tom held various positions at innocent drinks, including Head of Talent from March 2014 to September 2014, Acting Head of People from June 2013 to March 2014, Transition Manager from February 2013 to June 2013, and People Partner from March 2008 to December 2011. Tom also took a sabbatical from January 2012 to January 2013. Tom's early career included roles at Goldman Sachs, where they worked as a Graduate Recruiter from July 2007 to February 2008 and as a Human Capital Management Analyst from July 2006 to July 2007. Tom Fraine attended the Anglo-European School in Essex from 1995 to 2002, where they obtained an International Baccalaureate degree. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Oxford from 2003 to 2006 and focused on the field of study in English.
