Lauren Fisher, Ph.D., is an experienced professional in psychology and talent management, currently serving as the Head of Talent at ZMC since May 2023. With a robust background in private practice as a licensed psychologist since September 2013, Lauren previously held leadership roles, including Head of Talent at NuMat Technologies from April 2019 to August 2022 and Executive Search Assessment Manager at Korn Ferry from January 2016 to February 2017. Lauren's early career included positions at the Department of Veterans Affairs as a Staff Psychologist, Post-Doctoral Psychology Fellow, and Psychology Trainee from 2010 to 2015, as well as work as a Career Counselor/Therapist with The HOPE Program from January 2008 to May 2010. Lauren holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
