Vince Carol has a long and varied work history. Vince began their career in 1992 as the Founder CEO of Blow-Up Media Relations & Creative Marketing Inc., an independent publicity and marketing firm specializing in marketing Hip-Hop and R&B artists to corporate America. In 1995, they became the Managing Partner of Family Affair Artist Management, where they were responsible for artist development and management, promotional tours, radio promotions, music production, studio executive productions, and more. That same year, they also took on the role of Director of Sports Publicity and Merchandising at Worldwide Entertainment & Sports. In 1998, they joined Warner Bros. Records as the Senior VP of Marketing under the leadership of Chris Schwartz, where they developed all marketing and promotional plans and allocated all budgets. In 2001, Vince became the General Manager of Nelly Inc. / Apple Bottom Clothing, where they set up the corporate infrastructure and hired and trained over 30 team members. In 2012, they became President and Senior Partner of Central Entertainment Group. In 2013, Vince took on the role of The Quarterback and Vice President of Business Development at Broad and Market Ventures, LLC. In 2016, they became the Principal at BMV Holdings LLC, Logistics & Business Consulting. In 2018, they co-founded ZMBIZI. Most recently, in 2019, Vince co-founded Third World Premium Coffee.

Vince Carol has a diverse educational background. Vince obtained their Undergrad degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Howard University. Vince then went on to earn a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Business from Shelbourne University, and a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development from Millburn School of Business. In addition to their formal education, Vince Carol has also obtained multiple certifications, including SunRun Solar Partner Certification (2018), Sales R&D Logistics (2018), AWS Certified (2017), SalesForce Certified (2017), and Certified Recording Engeneer (2008).
