Phil Boyd has a diverse work experience in the restaurant industry. Phil worked at Zizzi Restaurants as an International, Operations and Business Development Director from July 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they were an Operations Director at Zizzi starting from June 2016. Before joining Zizzi, Phil served as an Operations Director and later as a Head of Operations at ASK Italian, a part of the Gondola Group, from September 2012 to June 2016. Phil also held the role of Regional Director at Esporta from January 2008 to July 2010, and at JD Wetherspoon from February 2002 to December 2007.

Phil Boyd obtained a Bachelor of Science Hons degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey between 1990 and 1994.
