Courtney Johnson is an experienced manufacturing and industrial engineer with a strong background in quality assurance and operations. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer and Quality Engineer at Zircotec Group since July 2022, Courtney previously held various roles at Leanwise Pty Ltd as a Business Owner and at Connectco in multiple managerial and sales positions. Prior engineering experience includes roles at Schnellecke Logistics Services, Powertech Transformers, and AFRIT, where key responsibilities involved project management, process improvements, and departmental oversight. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Industrial Engineering and a National Diploma in Industrial Engineering from Tshwane University of Technology, complemented by a merit pass in matriculation from H/S Eldoraigne.
