Sabyasachi Biswal has a diverse work history spanning various industries and roles. Sabyasachi started their career as a Marketing Executive at Jakson Group, where they marketed Cummins make Diesel Generator Sets. Sabyasachi then worked as a Sales Officer at Blowplast Limited, managing the distribution network and carrying out promotional activities. After that, they joined Blue Star Limited as an Assistant Manager - Sales, responsible for managing sales and service operations.

In 2007, Sabyasachi joined Reliance Retail as a Manager - Operations, overseeing end-to-end operations for multiple stores and leading a team. Sabyasachi later became a Senior Manager - Talent Transformation, where they formulated Learning & Development plans and created training programs.

Sabyasachi then joined BharatMatrimony.com as the Regional Head - EAST, responsible for setting up new retail outlets, managing P&L, and driving customer satisfaction.

Sabyasachi completed their ICSE from Stewart School from 1981 to 1992.
