John Sicher has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. John has recently held executive positions at Zippo Manufacturing Company, starting as Vice President of Marketing and Innovation, then progressing to Senior Vice President and ultimately Executive Vice President of the same departments. In these roles, Sicher was responsible for all aspects of Marketing and Innovation, strategic planning, and managing dynamic teams across various functions. Additionally, they focused on driving top-line and bottom-line results and building strong teams. Prior to their time at Zippo, Sicher served as Vice President of Innovation and Brand Management for Zippo Manufacturing Company & W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery. Before that, they were the Senior Director of Innovation for Zippo Manufacturing where they directed and managed innovation efforts globally. Sicher also has experience as the President of their own brand development company, Brand Drivers, where they worked with well-known clients such as Zippo Manufacturing, Valvoline, and GlaxoSmithKline. Earlier in their career, they held brand management roles at DelMonte Foods and HJ Heinz, managing portfolios for well-known brands.
John Sicher received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Gannon University, where they studied from 1985 to 1989. John then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business from 1993 to 1996.
