Teresa Johnson has extensive experience in the fields of organization, technical support, and customer service. Currently serving as an Organizer, Steward, and Registrar at IBEW Local 89 since June 2007, Teresa has held multiple leadership roles including President and Legislative Coordinator. Since June 2007, Teresa also works as a Business Resource Specialist at Ziply Fiber, focusing on customer service data management and negotiations. Previous roles include Field Technician at BancTec, Help Desk Coordinator/Manager at Road Ranger, LLC, and Technical Support Specialist at Nissan Forklift Corporation. Teresa holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Science from Rock Valley College, completed between 2000 and 2005.
