Laura Cuadras is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and contract administration. Currently serving as a Contract Administrator at Ziply Fiber since February 2023, Laura previously held the position of Optical Tier III Technician at Zayo from November 2018 to February 2023. Prior to that, Laura spent nearly two decades at CenturyLink (formerly Qwest) in various roles, including Sr. Transport Technical Support Engineer/Tier III/Test and Acceptance and Database Integrity/Support Implementation and Reliability. In these roles, Laura provided critical support for network operations, managed alarm systems, and ensured the reliability of transport services. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration in Networking and Communications from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management from DeVry University.
