Phil Pappone serves as a Principal Solution Engineer at Zip since February 2022, previously holding the position of Lead Solution Engineer. Prior to this, Phil worked at Salesforce from January 2020 to January 2022 as the Lead Solution Engineer for Financial Services, following a role as Senior Solution Engineer - Financial Services. Phil's experience includes serving as a Senior Account Executive at Kofax from February to December 2019, a position held after Kofax’s acquisition of Nuance's Document Imaging Division. Phil started at Nuance Communications as a Senior Account Executive and Solution Engineer from August 2015 to January 2019. Earlier in the career, Phil worked at Xerox as Solutions Supervisor from July 2012 to July 2015. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, earned between 2007 and 2012.
