Leah Schewitz has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Leah is currently working as a Strategy Analyst at Zip Co, where they started in June 2023. Prior to this, they held a role as a Strategy Intern at the same company from April 2023 to June 2023. In 2022, Leah worked as a Lifestyle PR Shadow at Alison Brod Marketing and Communications from September to December. Earlier in their career, they held leadership positions at TAMID Group, serving as the Co-President from June 2022 to September 2022 and the Director of Recruitment from August 2021 to June 2022. Leah also worked as a Selected Member at TAMID Group from October 2020 to December 2021. Leah has also gained experience as an Account Management Summer Intern at Piro in 2022, a Student Intern at Maccabee Ventures from January to June 2022, and a Business Development Intern at Lior Shoham LTD in 2021. Leah Schewitz has a diverse educational background. Leah completed their high school education at Merrifield College from 2014 to 2018, graduating with six IEB distinctions. Following their high school graduation, Leah pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Strategy & Entrepreneurship and Finance from the Sy Syms School of Business. Leah started their undergraduate studies in 2019 and is expected to graduate in 2023.
In addition to their formal education, Leah has obtained various certifications. In 2016, they completed a Communications Skills Course and received a Level 4 Diploma in Communication Skills from Trinity College London. In 2018, Leah obtained a Gold Level certification from The President's Award for Youth Empowerment and completed an Adjudication Course in the World Schools Debating Style under the guidance of Ronwyn Pearce, the Border Debating Chairperson in the Eastern Cape. Moreover, Leah completed a 60-hour First Aid Training Course as a First Responder through Magen David Adom in Israel in July 2019.
