Hannah Scott has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hannah currently works as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Zip Co since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Hays in different roles, including Client Engagement Manager, Principal Recruitment Partner, Senior Recruitment Consultant, and Recruitment Resourcer. At Hays, they focused on recruiting and placing data professionals within the financial services sector. Before their time at Hays, Hannah worked as a Customer Service Representative at Mirvac and as an Assistant Teacher & Environmental/Sustainability Lead at the British International School Kuala Lumpur. Hannah also gained experience as a Legal Recruitment Consultant at Sacco Mann, specializing in recruiting legal professionals for various firms. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Sales Assistant at River Island.

Hannah Scott's education history includes attending Bishop Heber Highschool from 2004 to 2011. During this time, no degree or field of study was specified. Later on, they pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law at Leeds Beckett University from 2011 to 2014.
