Frank Fernando has a strong background in data engineering, platform management, and software support. Frank is currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Zip Co since March 2022. Previously, Frank held various roles at The GPT Group from June 2010 to March 2022, including Data Engineering & Platforms Manager, Data Platforms Lead, and Database and Applications Team Lead. Their responsibilities during this period included cloud infrastructure management, database administration, application setup and administration, and automation using SQL Server, SSRS, Tableau, SharePoint, TFS, CRM, SCOM, VMWare, VDI, AS400, and Salesforce. Prior to that, Frank worked as a Database and Intranet Administrator at Stellar BPO from December 2006 to May 2010, and as a Developer Support Engineer at Datacom from 2004 to 2006.
