Fabricio Santos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Fabricio currently works as a Software Engineer at Zip Co, starting in 2022. Prior to this, they worked at RSI from 2019 to 2022 as a Software Engineer Full Stack, where they were responsible for implementing new features and maintenance for tax management and collection software. Fabricio also worked on front-end UI features using React and back-end code using C#. Additionally, they assisted with Git and environment issues and developed tooling using React, Redux, and Electron.

Before their role at RSI, Fabricio worked as a Co-Owner at One Step at a Time from 2009 to 2019. In this role, they started a business to care for adults with Developmental Delay and Mild Mental Illness. Fabricio handled various responsibilities such as budgeting, managing operations, bookkeeping, and making business decisions.

Fabricio also gained experience as a Software Engineer Internship at Tcheck in 2018 and as a Co-Founder at Gondolus from 2011 to 2013. In these roles, they were involved in coordinating development teams, implementing features for social apps, and developing monetization strategies.

Fabricio has also held roles as a Senior Project at Valentin Taufour in 2018, a Co-Founder at SoyCalifornia from 2009 to 2010, an Independent Offsite Mortgage Consultant at Novo Mortgage from 2006 to 2008, and a Senior Loan Processor at Cornerstone Real and Home Loans, Inc from 2004 to 2006.

Fabricio Santos has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from California State University-Sacramento, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Fabricio also earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Diablo Valley College between 1997 and 2001. In addition to their formal education, Fabricio has obtained several certifications, including "Azure Microservices with .NET Core for Developers," "Leading Projects," "Software Architecture Foundations," "Time Management: Working from Home," "Behavioral Finance Foundations," and "Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012." These certifications were obtained from LinkedIn, with most of them completed in July 2020, except for "Behavioral Finance Foundations" and "Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012," which were completed in May 2020.
