Andre Susanto has a diverse work experience in software engineering and network administration. Andre is currently working at Zip Co as a Senior Software Engineer II. Prior to that, they worked at Family Zone Cyber Safety as a Software Engineer (Platform), where they implemented high-performance caching algorithms, improved application observability, and migrated microservices to a different platform. Before that, Andre served as a Senior Software Engineer at Sale Stock, where they implemented an internal serverless platform and designed a scalable real-time layer using Apache Cassandra and Redis. Andre also worked as a Software Engineer at Sale Stock, integrating the WhatsApp Business API and implementing an efficient chat allocator microservice. Andre has also worked as a Developer Circle Lead at Facebook. Earlier in their career, they held roles as a Network Administrator at FTSL ITB and Software Engineer at DISKOMINFO JABAR. Andre also co-founded AMBISNIS.COM and served as a Co-Founder, working on various app projects. Additionally, Andre has experience as a Lecturer Assistant at the Computer Graphics and Artificial Intelligence Laboratory at ITB and as a Researcher (Intern) at the National Institute of Technology, Gifu College. Andre also interned as an IT Security Analyst at Kemenko Polhukam RI, where they gained experience in server management and testing.

Andre Susanto has a solid educational background in the field of computer science. Andre completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Institut Teknologi Bandung from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended SMAN 2 Tangerang for their high school education, where they focused on Natural Sciences from 2009 to 2012. Recently, they pursued a Master of Technology (MTech) degree in Computer Science at UNSW, which they completed from 2018 to 2020.
