Jessica Frank, PHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in employee relations and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Manager and Senior Vice President at Zions Bancorporation since March 2018, Jessica effectively leads a team of HR Business Partners and Generalists. Prior to this role, Jessica held the position of HR Manager and Vice President at National Bank of Arizona from August 2003 to March 2018, where responsibilities included defining division needs in employment, counseling, and training. Earlier career experience includes serving as Lead Teller at Hillcrest Bank and a Teller at INTRUST Bank. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Wichita State University, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
