Dianne James, SPHR, is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer at Zions Bancorporation since April 2012, while also holding the position of EVP, HR at National Bank of Arizona. Dianne has been with National Bank of Arizona since November 2006 in a similar executive role. Prior to these positions, Dianne served as Vice President of Human Resources at Harrah's Entertainment from 1996 to 2006. Dianne holds a degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
