Zach Thiel began their work experience in 2019 as a Marketing Intern at Unisource Insurance Associates, LLC. During their time there, they worked independently on various marketing projects, including updating and improving the company's social media presence and creating a customized welcome packet with promotional items. In 2022, Zach joined Zion & Zion as a Marketing Automation Specialist.

Zach Thiel pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2017 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
