Manmoy Mehta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Manmoy started their career as an Assistant Sales Manager at Inforam Ltd., where they gained expertise in Business Process Outsourcing and worked with international clients. Manmoy then joined Vertex Customer Services India Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Business Associate, servicing English customers for telecom and broadband company "Orange".

In 2007, Manmoy joined 24/7 Customer Pvt. Ltd. as an Executive Customer Care, where they played a role in the company's rapid global growth. Manmoy then joined Evalueserve as a Research Analyst, specializing in market research methodologies and contract negotiations. Manmoy later became the Head of Global Partner Relations at Evalueserve, overseeing partnerships and pricing for market intelligence services.

Manmoy also worked as an Experienced External CIMR Consultant, providing customer insight and market research expertise to consulting firms and end clients. At Prodigious Research LLC, they served as the Head of Consumer/Healthcare Insights and Marketing Analytics and led client servicing and new partnership initiatives. Manmoy'sexpertise in market research operations, client servicing, and technology updation greatly contributed to the success of the company.

In addition to their professional experience, Manmoy also has a background in music. Manmoy trained for eight years at the Associated Board of Royal School of Music and holds the title of a licensed instructor and examiner.

Prior to that, between 2000 and 2002, they completed their 10+2 education at Delhi Public School Matura Road, focusing on English.
