Sylvina Roy Joseph has been working in the customer success and technical support fields since 2013. Sylvina began their career at QuestionPro as a Technical Support Engineer, then moved up to become an Account Manager and finally Head of Technical Support. In 2018, they joined Recruitly.io as a Customer Success Manager and in 2020, they joined Zinrelo as a Senior Customer Success Manager and then was promoted to Head of Customer Success.
Sylvina Roy Joseph has a background in education that includes an Executive Programme for Young Managers from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, which they completed in 2016.
