Justin John has worked in the customer success field since 2016. Justin began their career at Druva as a Service Desk Engineer (Customer Success) and was later promoted to Senior Service Desk Engineer (Customer Success). During their time there, they developed comprehensive programs to manage client relationships, increase retention of existing clients, and create uplift opportunities for existing clients. Justin also engaged with clients to ensure they were up and running within the first 30 days and increased client retention by performing regular health checks.
In 2019, Justin John moved to SmartServ as a Customer Success Manager. Theirrole involved helping to revolutionize field sales and service with a mobile-first platform that gives non-desk workers data-driven insights about their customers.
In 2020, Justin John joined LiveHealth as a Customer Success Manager. Justin conducted training and mentored team members to promote productivity, accuracy and commitment to friendly service. Justin also recommended changes, improvements or deletions in products according to customer feedback.
Currently, Justin John is a Customer Success Manager at Zinrelo.
Justin John completed their Secondary School education at GEMS Education in 1992-2003. Justin then obtained their Higher Secondary Education at GEMS Education in 2003-2005, majoring in Business/Commerce and General Studies. In 2005-2009, they earned their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Mahatama Gandhi University, specializing in Accounts and Computer Applications. Justin later obtained a Diploma of Education from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies in 2009-2011, focusing on International Business. Additionally, they hold a Sales Force Certified Developer certification from Cloud Experts.
